Telemetry ConnectorEvent

This creates one ConnectorEvent. If the diary blueprint trigger is installed, the platform record-event dispatcher launches diary-ingest-asset-status from tenant metadata.

ConnectorEvent result

The simulator does not call diary business actions, send customer emails, or patch AssetStatusChange rows.
